Youths implicated in false cases: BJP MLA Gyandev Ahuja

ALWAR: BJP MLA Gyandev has accused Alwar police of implicating youths in false cases for settling individual scores with them. Ahuja said that the police are helping illegal trades to flourish. He said that in Pehlu Khan lynching case, the police had implicated youths in false cases. During investigation they were found to be innocent. Apart from this, police have implicated youths in fake cases in Rakbar Khan lynching case.

Ahuja reached on Sunday, where he was welcomed by different organisations. He said that in cases of cow smuggling in Behror and Ramgarh, police have caught innocent persons. Always arresting those associated with social organisations is sufficient for suspicion of police action.

He accused the then superintendent of police Rahul Prakash, who has recently been transferred from Alwar, of giving free hand to those involved in illegal trade. He said that Prakash failed to improve the law and order situation in Alwar. He alleged that when Prakash was SP Alwar, betting worth Rs10,000 crore was being done.

While speaking to newspersons at Behror, Ahuja said that there are illegal trades including betting, production of synthetic milk, cow smuggling, illegal mining, selling of ‘fake’ gold bricks which have made Alwar notorious. He alleged that all the illegal trades are flourishing as police are hand-in-glove with traders involved in illegal trade. He said that he had written a letter to the then SP Prakash and demanded to take action against preventing such illegal trades. He said that the police failed to act on his complaint.

Synthetic milk and mawa produced from synthetic milk, which is poisonous, is supplied to Delhi, he said. The MLA added that death of cow smuggler in Ramgarh happened due to police beating and he did not die of beating of the villagers. Ahuja said that he had appealed to and governments to not give any kind of compensation after deaths of cow smugglers. He said that the number of rapes are increasing as morals and values are not been given importance.
