PUNE: The results of the supplementary exams for (SSC, Std X) and higher secondary certificate (HSC, std XII) conducted by the state board of secondary and higher secondary education in July and August will be declared by month-end.
Chairman of the state board, Kale said that, “The assessment process is currently going on and the after compilation of marks, the result would be announced by end of this month.”
The practicals, graded exams and orals was conducted between July 9 and 16 in all the nine divisions of the state including Pune, Mumbai, Nagpur, Aurangabad, Kolhapur, Amravati, Nashik, Latur and . Over 40,000 students in SSC and HSC each sat for the exam from Maharashtra.
The supplementary started on July 17. The SSC exam concluded on August 2, while the HSC on August 4. The minimum competency vocational courses examination for HSC also stared on July 17 and ended on August 2.
The state board will upload the results of all the three exams on its official website: www.mahahsscboard.maharashtra.gov.in . The state board will also designate a few more websites to check the results online, which would be announced at a later period.
Last year, students who had passed the supplementary exam for SSC participated in the seventh round of admission in September for first year junior college.
