- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 tablespoons honey
Blend the ingredients together until they form a smooth mixture. Add some banana slices and a few pomegranate seeds. Also, throw in some diced walnuts for that extra crunch and flavour.

- 2 bananas frozen
- 3 cups frozen strawberries
- 1 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
